Job Description:
Implement HSE policies, inspect sites, monitor SEC compliance, create safety reports, hold toolbox talks, and ensure safe electrical & civil sites.
Responsibilities:

Implement HSE Policies: Enforce comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols across all active electrical and civil construction sites.

Site Inspections: Conduct regular, thorough site inspections and risk assessments to identify, report, and mitigate potential workplace hazards.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict, uncompromising compliance with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) safety standards and local KSA regulatory requirements.

Safety Reporting: Prepare, maintain, and submit detailed safety audits, incident investigations, and daily compliance reports to the Project Manager.

Safety Training: Organize and conduct effective daily toolbox talks and routine safety training sessions for all field personnel and contractors.

Hazard Prevention: Actively promote a proactive safety culture to guarantee a secure, zero-incident working environment for all on-site staff.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related technical field.

NEBOSH IGC certification or equivalent internationally recognized safety credential (e.g., OSHA 30).

Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as an HSE Officer in the civil construction or high-voltage electrical contracting industry.

Direct experience working with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) safety protocols and guidelines is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian labor laws, environmental regulations, and industrial safety codes.

Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, with the demonstrated ability to lead effective safety training for diverse teams.
